A note about the FRAME: My work commonly gives the rendering of the frame a voice in the choir. Two Mules does just this, as it transitions from aged & worn sides, and becoming more refined and 'new' moving towards the frame's center. - Likewise, one might note that the top & bottom contours angle & compress towards the middle; an effort to assist in creating a visual tension to the overall composition.
