I would imagine that future generations will reflect on the 21st century as the pivotal period when man began to relate holistically to his environment. The industrial revolution which was so heavy on the land, is slowly giving way to the digital revolution that brings greater efficiency and more long-visioned prosperity. -- So I suppose a piece like Petro Man is just part of the dialogue of my time... part of the tenor of voices that yearn to see us free from the old barbaric conditions that have held us for so long, for the wrong reasons.
